To pay a Bylaw ticket:
  • by mail to City of Edmonton, PO Box 2024, Edmonton,AB T5J 4M6 at most financial institutions
  • by cashier at HSBC Bank Building, 5th floor 10250-101 st Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • by cheque only at Quick Payment counters located at City Hall or Chancery Hall during business hours
To apply for or renew a Business License:
  • In person @ 5th Floor, 10250 101 Street - 8 - 4:30 Monday to Friday
  • Via email to PDCurrentPlanning@edmonton.ca
  • Mail to PO Box 2670, Edmonton, AB T5J 2G4
  • Fax to 780-496-6054
To apply for or renew a Pet License:
  • In person @ 5th Floor, 10250 101 Street - 8 - 4:30 Monday to Friday
  • Via email to PDCurrentPlanning@edmonton.ca
  • In Person @ Animal Services - 12515 128 Street - 9:30 - 6 Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 5:30 Saturdays, 9:30 - 5 Sundays & Holdiays

To apply for or renew a Mechanical Permit:

To conduct a property tax search or request a certificate:
  • Fax to 780-496-1967 including a search account number, password and file reference number.
