City of Edmonton - Land Development Application (LDA)

A Land Development application (LDA) may include one or more of these components;
 
Subdivision:  subdivide one or more parcels within the city
Rezoning:  change the current zoning of one or more parcels
Neighbourhood Structure Plan:  create or amend an NSP
Area Structure Plan:  create or amend an ASP
Road Closure:  close a portion of roadway
 
 
Accounts
 
Applicants are required to register for an account (logon) using the Register for an Account link on the left. You must have a valid email address to register for an account (only one applicant per email address). Once you have an account, you will be able to apply for the Land Development components listed above and monitor the progress of your applications on-line.
 
Pre-Application Meetings
 
You are encouraged to request a Pre Application Meeting if your application is complex. For further information please visit the Land Development Application page on the City of Edmonton website.
